On Acceptance and Publication
The Journal process:
Communication: We are conscious of, and understand, how keen authors are to see their work published. The Editorial office maintain regular communication with journal editors and authors throughout the process.
Proofs: We will email a PDF of the proofs to the corresponding author. Please return corrected proofs as soon as possible, or by the deadline requested, so as not to delay the publication process. The corresponding author is responsible for sending the production team one set of proof corrections. When the corresponding author sends in their corrections, we will assume this is the definitive version and that if any of the co-authors needed to see the first proof, that the corresponding author would have arranged this and obtained their edits.
Fee and communication: Before publication, the newspaper requires the payment of the fee, unless it is included in the specific "discount or free of charge" categories (for more information consult the dedicated page). Once payment has been made, the manuscript will be published. Upon publication, a communication will be sent to the corresponding author with a dedicated link from which he can view the manuscript on our site.
Open access continuous publication: Many open access journals operate on a continuous publication model where articles are posted online as soon as they have completed the production process in a fully citable form. At this time articles are free to view and download for all. As there are no issues to fill and no page count constraints, the time to publication is often quick. Articles are batched quarterly, and are then available on the home page tab on the journal website.
Publication and DOI number: As soon as the manuscript is published on our website, the editorial staff will immediately register the DOI number on the platform CNKI, mEDRA, DOAJ, and Google Scholar to make the manuscript available for citation.
Promoting your article: When your manuscript has been published, the Editorial office advertises your manuscript on social media channels linked to the newspaper at following link.
