Guidelines for advertising

1. All advertisements are subject to approval of the publisher or editor.

2. Advertising is separate from content. Advertisers and sponsors should have no advance knowledge

of our editorial content. Advertisers do not influence any of the publishers’ editorial decisions.

3. The appearance of an advertisement in the publisher’s journal is neither a guarantee nor an endorsement of the given product.

4. Advertising that appears in the publisher’s journal will be clearly distinguishable from editorial content.

5. Advertisers have no control or influence over the results of searches a user may conduct on the publisher’s journal.

6. In view of the publication of an advertisement, the advertiser and the agency, together and more jointly, agree to compensate and hold the publisher, its officials, agents and employees in the name against the costs (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication of the content of the ad, including, without limitation, complaints or libel claims, privacy violations, copyright infringement or plagiarism.

7. All ads must clearly and prominently identify the advertiser by brand or signature.

8. Any reference to the publisher or advertising, promotional or merchandising products or services by the advertiser or agency is subject to prior written approval by the publisher for any use of this type.

9. The publisher is not liable for any damages, including, but not limited to actual, direct, incidental or consequential damage, for errors in the display of an advertisement.

10. The publisher will not be constrained by any condition, printed or otherwise, that appears on any insertion order or copy instructions when those conditions conflict with the conditions set out in this policy.

11. In the event of non-payment, the publisher reserves the right to retain the advertiser and/or his advertising agency responsible for those funds owed and owed to the publisher.

12. Any use of publishing marks or copyrighted material for links to and from the website must be approved, in advance, by the publisher. Any unauthorized connection is prohibited.

13. All advertisements for recruitment or employment must be non-discriminatory and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Advertisements of this kind that discriminate against applicants on the basis of gender, age, race, religion, marital status or physical disability will not be accepted.

14. Advertised products must comply with the regulations of the country where the ad will appear.

15. The publisher does not release personal data about users of our websites or email services to advertisers.
