COPYRIGHT AND LICENSES
Edisciences Journals (Arguments of Geriatric Oncology - AGO, Journal of Cancer Rehabilitation - JCR, Supportive Palliative Cancer Care - SPCC, International Journal of Integrative Oncology - IJIO) publishes articles under Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial license (CC-BY-NC) which allows non-commercial reuse of the published paper. For a possible commercial reuse a specific authorization of the publisher is required.
Authors who submit papers to Edisciences journals (Arguments of Geriatric Oncology - AGO, Journal of Cancer Rehabilitation - JCR, Supportive Palliative Cancer Care - SPCC) under a CC-BY-NC license do so under the Open Access framework and pay to have their paper freely available online. Authors must sign an Open Access license agreement before publication, details of which are:
o Articles published under this agreement are made available free of charge online at the time of publication, without barriers to access. Users of these published articles have the right to use, reproduce, disclose or view these articles provided that:
o The original paternity is correctly and fully attributed;
o The magazine and publisher are assigned as the original place of publication with the correct quote details provided;
o If an original work is subsequently reproduced or distributed not in its entirety but only in part or as a derivative work, this is clearly indicated;
o No item is reproduced for commercial use without the publisher's prior consent and any payment to the publisher of any appropriate commission.
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication. Authors have the right to article personal use, to share their article in the same ways permitted to third parties under the relevant user license, to retain patent, trademark and other intellectual property rights, including research data and credit for the published work. In the same time they have the right to have a DOI link to the version of record on Edisciences website.
